Extremely disturbing: Aileen Cannon-Trump is also opening the door to the possibility NPD Trump had a right to the records.

the US government has against

thrown out.

The big questions are how, when, & what recourse will prosecutors have to reindict him.

I think Aileen Cannon-Trump is trying to help NPD Trump while trying to appear she is strictly following the law.

to get this case to trial.

It could be worse. Imagine if Merrick "Tortoise" Garland had decided to handle the case personally.

 

I see three possibilities, with two being very likely.

Aileen Cannon-Trump is in over her head, which could explain some of her inconsistencies.

She knows what she's doing, and is doing so in hopes of being removed from the case.

She knows what she's doing. She does just enough to not look completely biased towards NPD Trump, yet at the same time clearly favors him, in hopes of getting the case dropped, or seeing him acquitted.

 

Did Aileen Cannon-Trump actually do something a real judge, an impartial judge, might do?

This action should've taken place last month .

 

What truly bothers me is Aileen Cannon-Trump got away with, at least to a certain degree, slowing thereby weakening the strongest case the US has against NPD Trump.

She got shot down the first time, then the case was assigned to her by random selection. At that point a motion should've been made to get the case assigned to a different judge. It would've been a delay, & might not have worked, but it was a risky yet necessary move that should've been made.

This seems to have flown under the radar, probably because "we" have heard of NPD Trump promising future pardons in return for illegal favors several times before.

If this can be proven, NPD Trump should be banned from running for POTUS. Unfortunately what should happen rarely happens with NPD Trump.

Will we ever have laws with real teeth,
that can't be bypassed
through party majority in Congress,
and party politics in the SCOTUS?

 

Hard irrefutable evidence NPD Trump sold documents, or traded them for political favors, would be great.

What the hell...give names to magatards willing to seek revenge for the persecution of NPD Trump. What could possibly go wrong?

Or this could be another clever delay tactic by Aileen Cannon-Trump. Not outrageous enough to get her booted, but enough to force more motions and hearings.

Can we have her home address, cell phone number, list of vehicles she owns &/or drives, names of her children, grandchildren, etc? If you think this comment crosses the line, what do you think the maga crazies would do with the names of witnesses, grand jury members, etc?
