Who's a vegetarian?

 

snowy, from reading a lot of your food related posts over the years, all the way back to "meatless Mondays" and your vegetarian wedding reception, and from your wide knowledge of and interest in vegetarian cooking; I thought you were, at least most of the time, a vegetarian. Am I wrong?

 

I don't describe myself as such because I do eat meat, and my husband, the actual vegetarian, takes great offense when people who aren't actually vegetarians refer to themselves as such. I do a lot of vegetarian cooking and do try to not eat meat, but damn, sometimes that steak is just too appealing!
