29 Day Fitness Challenge

    I'm going to have to start over or something. A string of migraines over the weekend means I didn't get squat (ha) done with the challenge, since every time I tried to exercise it ended up with my head pounding :( Boo.

    Day 7 done. Did the squats all at once and the leg lifts in sets of 30 and 25 with a 30 sec break. I'm wiped.

    and done too...

    Squats thru the day in sets of 20...all the leglifts at one sitting (no pun intended) in sets of 15 finishing on 10, 10 sec breaks.
    Whatever gets you through...

    ...ooo, Squat rest tomorrow. Cool Beans.

    I got one for Christmas (w00t!) I've become even more fond of it the past few days.

    Foam rollers are AWESOME. My boyfriend and I each have one and occasionally have foam rolling parties where we curse a bunch.

    Push-ups and 50 squats done. I'll knock out the other 50 squats when I get home this afternoon/evening.

    I can't finish Day 2. :(

    I think I'm going to have to keep re-doing Day 1 for several days until I can do it consistently, before I can increase the number of reps.

    FWIW, I almost always break these days into 2 sessions. Probably 6-7 of the days I've done half in the morning and half in the afternoon. You could probably even break them up further if you wanted. Just a thought. :)
