New DC 52

Anyone else enjoying the new relaunch of DC comics?
So far, I have purchased the following
Detective Comics
Action Comics (very good)
Justice League
Justice League International
Green Arrow
Frankenstein: Agent Of Shade
Batwoman (great art)
Green Lantern

 

Didn't read Batman but I heard it was quite good.

I was less than impressed with Action Comics.

Hawk and Dove was supremely bad. Good to see Liefield hasn't improved in the slightest.

JLI was okay. Not great but okay.

Animal Man was AMAZING though. The first issue leads me to believe that it's going to be, if not a sequel, a spirtitual continuation of Morrison's run.

Also, I'm looking forward to how bad Justice League Dark is going to be. John Constantine in the DCU... not a good sign.

 

Animal Man, JLI, GLantern, Deathstroke and Demonknights have been pretty good so far. Jury is still out on action, defective and justice league.

The timelines are all screwy and kinda pissing me off. Some titles got a hard reboot and some are continuing like nothing ever happened.

 

Basically it seems if it was being written by Morrison or Johns then it's pretty much status quo (or minor alterations) and everyone else is up in the air between minor tweeks and total reboot.

Honestly I'm finding it annoying.
