Driving back to the Calcasieu sucks. At least there isn't much traffic, while everyone is still in church.

I 'm an old fuddy-duddy, and here's proof: it bothers me that people find Adolf Hitler's birthday (4/20) an occasion to celebrate.

Not the slightest bit old fuddy-duddy about that.
That's disturbing on all kinds of levels.

The only good thing is when you see someone doing that, you know to keep a close eye on them.

    The car's paid off. Hoo-rah.
Now debating whether to keep low or get a new car.

Current one is getting on my nerves, needing stuff done to it...been beat up by the winter. (and those damn pot holes)
And if I do get a new one...do I go practical...(like a Rogue, heh) or get something nice? (wanted a Lexus...hate the new front ends, dammit.)

I don't like used ones, BTW...so that's not an option.
Maybe I'll get a lease...just make sure I get enough miles on it.

Tried out some new ones, here & there...but I'm sitting on it.
I think I need to wait...perhaps until end of September, when they're trying to get rid of last year's brands.

That will give me time to put some, selling touches on the current one...to get a better bid.
And time to make sure all is in order and I've done enough research.
And to be honest, if I do the things to make it nice...perhaps it will make it doable for longer.
    Penny saved, penny earned.
Then again, you only live once...and it's short.

    Decisions, decisions...

You can always get a quiet inconspicuous vehicle with good fuel economy that is easy on the pocketbook, something like this:
You did say reaching 60 MPH in 3 seconds was a high priority for you right?

New charger + new battery = laptop is no longer a large paperweight. Woo Hoo!
Battery has been nearly useless for some time now but when the charger quit it finally forced me to turn to ebay.

After having such a bummer day in some ways yesterday, it was so nice to have an amazing day today.

Holy calf muscle knots. Did a mod WOD Friday with 50 air squats, done correctly, and 120 practice jumps for double-unders... Then had to sit in the car for 12 hours yesterday.
I'm walking like a robot. A really slow robot.

My office Starbucks has been overrun with 5 and 6 yr olds...and moms getting one last jolt before trekking down the block to the White House Easter Egg Roll.
