I'm licensed as an attorney, but only in Michigan, and my current job precludes practicing law.

As seen from the world of Michigan lawyers, Ohio is an exotic place with strange folkways and arcane rules. Words and phrases we use in Michigan law have completely different meanings in Ohio. Ancient practices that Michigan abolished decades ago continue to plague Ohio.

Admittedly, there are some states with more antiquated court systems and greater corruption than Ohio. Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Massachusetts and New York come immediately to mind.

But long story short, if you have a legal problem in Ohio, you need an Ohio lawyer.

You need a lawyer, badly, that's up to date on ohio law. Also a new girlfriend.

Yep, you need a lawyer, a new girlfriend, and a bit of common sense. Internet forums are fine for discussing the finer points of oral sex. Not so fine when the person you are sleeping with is cooking up felonies in the garage.

I'm petty sure he is the one who was cooking methamphetamine in her garage. He doesn't even bother to deny it, and based on his previous posting history it's probably his meth lab.

FYI..anything stated on the board can be potentially used against you.
Not that anyone is likely going to "out" you here, but the authorities could find it.
I'd be wary with your words. as in, "you have the right to remain silent"

Also, the mods can consider your posts disruptive or potentially endangering the board or our users...so they can take action, if they deem necessary.
So again, use consideration with your words.
**I'm not a formal TFP rep, just a long-time member with some decent sense.

That being said, find a good lawyer and good luck...you're going to need it.
Although, I know you made one of our members a happier person, if I'm reading it right.

    BTW...one other piece of advice,
if you're not trolling...I'd change your avatar...it may be considered "off color", especially considering you're new, unknown...and have posted you're in a "bad situation"
Just a suggestion. (NTTAWWT  )

Kind of like the reason, people wear ties to interviews...
