What do you love to eat, but know you shouldn't.

Today, my "crack" is Pillsbury toaster strudel. Strawberry.
OH my goodness yummy yummy goodness... yum.

I usually do not allow this worthless food in my home. But I went to Sam's Club hungry the other day, and now I have 6 packages of them. Heaven help me.

    What's your "crack"?

Cheez-Its. We rarely keep them around, but I have to stop myself from killing a whole box when I get rolling.

Anything really I'm in the mood for...but I eat too much of in volume.
    So...
    Pizza
    Coke
    Cheese
    Breads
    Ice Cream
    and so on...

    Basically binge eating.
I don't "stop" eating, or think it's harmful...but having too much in volume will not be good in the long run.

I actually don't like overly-processed foods as much anymore (like TV dinners) or strong sugars,
I just naturally enjoy quality made foods. (which is strange, because I'm not a believer in fad diets or listening to all the "it's bad for ya" rhetoric.)

Mostly, I think it's eating in moderation FOR YOU...and keeping decently active with BOTH cardio and strength training. The basics.

Although, I'd say I have to be careful of soda and cheese the most.
I could easily sit down and eat this all day long, day after day.

And if lazy, have a pizza, night after night. (ESPECIALLY a thin-crust, real mutz, real bacon, well done pizza...mmm :p )

French fries. So I stopped eating them for 18 months once just to prove I could.

Cheese... Makes me sick just like crack would. Ha ha.

I don't have many other things that stay for long periods of time. The rest of the cravings come and go.

I try to maintain with a low carb regime, but ice cream is my downfall. I usually don't keep any around, and hardly ever buy anything bigger than a pint. But I can put away a whole pint of Ben & Jerry's or Haagen Death at one sitting. Then I feel the sugar high for the next day or two.:(

Snack crackers like Cheez-It or Triscuits sit in the cupboard and don't bother me, but once I let myself get started...

Cheese (cheddar, Swiss, gouda, American...) is OK on my plan, but again easy to overdo. I'm not a lipophobe, but do try to be aware.

Some of it, I think, is just my compulsive addictive personality. Like sex. Too much of a good thing is never quite enough.:p

French fries I easily avoid, since I've gotten to where I just don't care for them. They're only good for about three minutes, and they're the trifecta of bad. Hi fat, high carbs, high sodium. What's not to hate, there?

Tonight? This stuff. Party in my mouth.

I don't keep ice cream in the house but if I did, a pint would be gone in an hour. Instead, we go out to the local ice cream shop so I can marvel at how tiny an actual scoop is.
Portion control is where it's at. No food is out of limits but I don't bother with many of my old faves. Almost never keep cheese in the house because I love it. Never buy cake, crackers, donuts. Most cereal is just like crumbled up cookies in your bowl so that is over now, too. No to bagels 'cos they often equal donuts,

I have one cookie a day -- a really good bakery cookie and that is my big splurge--unless I get over-hungry then see above pic.

That would be these bad boys, available at Costco for $17.00 a bag and which there are two in the desk at work.
The folks at work accuse me of trying to fatten them up and keep everyone on edge.
Me I just find it faster then trying to drink coffee.

Sweets in general. My worse addiction is the Kroger store brand "Oreos."

French Fries. No matter how much I have just eaten, I can eat french fries. I have made Cinn stop and buy me french fries right after we left a restaurant. It's been cheat week, so I'm eating lot of meals with french fries.

Fast food in general is a real weakness. Both the speed and the sugar/salt laced food draw me to those places.

    actual crack.

Okay, I guess you want to know something not literal.

Really it's just about all food but potato chips are a good one for me to keep out of the house.

Omg, jelly beans. I don't care if they're the cheap generic ones, the expensive jelly belly ones. As long as they're not Smuckers. Those are nasty. I'll tear up any flavor except banana or licorice. Or those weird Hairy Pooter barf ones.

Also, chocolate rice cakes. Since we started adding rice back into our diet slowly, I munched a few that a coworker shared with me. And I remembered why I had to stop eating them. Mini chocolate rice cake, schmear of almond butter, and a slice of banana.

Hey, whatever floats your boat. As long as it is not a kid or a beastie...go for it. (Make sure your box is "of age")
In the new world of LGBTO rights, this would likely be O. ;)
I can't wait for the cute kids...they'll be crunchy & cheezy when they grow up.

Various combinations of sugar, salt, and fat, really.

    And porn.

I love food, and it takes a lot of work for me to eat properly. I'd create a top 10 list or something, but it would be too difficult to narrow it down.
