Just as it says. Do you or your significant other shave your areas? why or why not? What do you find attractive about it or against it? Do you find any health benefits for it or against it? Do you find it turns you on or off?

I did it once. Just out of the spur of the moment I saved every bit of my pubic hair off. It felt very awkward and very weird my wife did not care one way or the other. But when it started growing back for about a week it itched like a mother fucker.
Every now and then my wife will get a wild hair and shave her self. Maybe 4 times in the 17 years we have been married. Did I find it attractive? I don't know because the lights were off but whenever I reach my hand down there it was a shock and I did like it but at the same time I wish there was a little hair there. I did not get any hair in my mouth that is for sure but sometimes she just let it go. And I understand that sometimes we just don't feel like shaving.
To be honest with you I used to not like it because I felt like I was being a pervert. But as I have gotten older it has grown on me a little bit too see it in porn or on my wife . But everyone has their own preference. I would like to shave my wife but I do not think she trusts me enough to do that LOL. To be honest with you as fat as I am it would probably be very difficult to do now because I cannot see everything. Just being honest

Pubic hair, yes?

I use the term shaving, but that also includes other hair removal techniques. Personally, I would very uncomfortable, mentally, going in for a wax.

Me: I shave, leaving only what the ladies call a landing strip. I call it a grinding strip because my wife likes me to have some hair down there when she's on top grinding. She prefers my balls to be clean shaven.

My wife: She, and I, keep her completely shaved. We both like the look and the feel. And I've gotten used to not having pubic hairs tickling my nose and mouth.

I have no idea about health benefits. For me, being 90% clean shaven makes cleaning up before and after sex easier.

Yes, it turns both of us on.

I have read a few negative comments saying men who like a smooth pubic area are into fantasies about sex with prepubescent, i.e. underage, partners. I think that the percentage of guys with that fantasy would be very low. Porn has influenced shaving. It has been (even more) readily available since the internet opened up to just about everyone, and shaving in porn has been has been common for decades. So now many people most likely see the lack of pubic hair as the norm, rather than the exception.

 

I like to keep it manageable. If I wouldn't want to go down on someone with the pubic hair style that I have, I don't want to keep it for myself.

I trim it once a month, and will flat-out shave a couple of times a year.

As for my partners, I prefer clean shaven, and the reasoning is simple - I'm big on skin-to-skin contact, particularly during oral, so the more places with skin I can touch, kiss, etc the better for both parties (this skin tends to be more sensitive, which is a whole bag of fun itself)

Also, as Chris mentioned above, it makes cleanup waaaaaaayyyyyy easier.

 

We both keep things neatly trimmed and short, but not completely shaven. Creeps both of us out on each other. He asked me to grow a 70s porn bush once... It was fun for about a week. We lived in Florida. Both of us needed to keep things high and tight or places get funky. Give "hot as balls" a new meaning. Ugh.

 

"Funky" is one of the reasons I keep my self shaved. A day of doing nothing more than running errands, going shopping, etc. in Houston's heat & humidity can erase a morning shower pretty quickly. A minute with a washcloth & a towel makes manland a more pleasant place to visit.

We both decided it was not worth it and no longer attractive after a point.

How do you remove unwanted pubic hair?

With dental floss.

 

I shaved completely for a few years in my 20s. It was all right (and the guys I dated seemed to like it, I guess), but it was kind of a bitch to keep up with. Mostly just keep it trimmed now, though I'm definitely more meticulous in the summer.

 

The time it takes me to shave around the edges of my beard is about the same for shaving my bits. Every other day keeps the itching and sandpaper in check.

 

I haven't had public hair since I was 16...that about sums it up

 

I keep it trimmed but not bald. My wife doesn't like it shaved, so who am I to complain.

I keep it trimmed because it's hot and swampy here.

So do any of the guys here like the really thick female bush that goes up to the navel, onto to the upper & inner thighs, and way up the butt crack ?

 

I have dated women who had never shaved (there was a time where this was the norm). Some of them had very thick hair. I didn't mind.

Let's face it. If you are getting some, why complain?
