You could look at what you personally would like to gain from and/or contribute to this forum/fellowship. What's in it for you to keep coming around and participating?

The entire universe can probably take care of itself.

Life with ADD. Get up this morning. Work out. Have enough time to do everything. Decide ten minutes before driVing to work that I should polish my shoes. Like it really matters. So I start brush polishing them. Throw a little polish on, let it dry, then brush it.
Makes a matte finish. But of course I get into it and start spit shining them. Because I can get detail focused. End up racing to work with shiny shoes that no one gives a damn about.

    Life with husband with ADD:
(Notices entire bathroom is torn apart)
    Me: What are you doing?
    Him: Cleaning the bathroom.
Me: Under the sink needed to be cleaned too?
Him: I thought I'd clean everything.
(Half hour later: stuff from under the sink is still out, but the rest of the bathroom is clean)
Me: Honey, I think you missed a spot.

After watching a vid about catching and eating Fulmar birds in the Faroe Islands, I went to the comments to see what they would say about the guy killing the birds by pulling their heads off...
There was a lot of back and forth about whether it was the humane way to kill it, but then this comment caught my eye, "not my proudest fap".

Thank you YT comments, you never let me down...

High School reunion get together last week was fun, seeing old friends, teachers, coaches, one-time lovers, folks from the old home town in a good informal setting. Saw a few that weren't at the last reunion bash I went to in 2014. Enjoyed seeing my nieces and nephews, siblings, cousins, my 92 year old great uncle.

Shot a couple rounds of skeet. I was embarrassed by my score (17 and 21 out of 25.) I used to be good, but hadn't put shotgun to shoulder for at least ten years. Helped my mom go through a bunch of my stuff that's been languishing at the old home for the last twenty years. Made a big Goodwill box and two big boxes to take back to Lincoln. A lot of my high school clothes still fit pretty well, mostly jeans, tee shirts, and Western wear, which really never changes style much.

Including my diary from my teen-aged years, covers still locked together and no key to be found. Some juicy tales of teen sex in there, if I recall.

Rode a horse on the prairie and a cock in a canyon. Camping for a couple of days was fun, including some open prairie whoopee, but it's nice to be back home with real walls and a roof to keep the rain and wind at bay.

Getting older is saying to yourself, "well, that didn't happen before..."

    Hopefully not, "What's 'that' there???"

BTW, this can happen at 18+
    because that's when you're an adult...and you're supposed be aware of everything...right?? :)

I had to watch American Ninja Warrior for the first time tonight in advance of a trip to a neighborhood playground tomorrow to learn all about GameTime's Challenge Course Pro; a very light knockoff of American Ninja Warrior for city parks/playgrounds.

Opened my front door this afternoon and a huge butterfly flew inside. After trying to capture it for a while, I lost it.
Now I don't know whether to be sad, or develop another phobia.

@ZombieSquirrel loves @Borla and I so much, it's borderline stalky. It's ok tho, we understand she is quirky.

Got a wedding invite from a friend of my husband's from graduate school that we haven't seen in three years. I'm totally not interested in going. My husband, gung ho about everything, thinks it will be fun. Sure.
