Last night we had manicotti & garlic bread.

Tonight we'll have broiled pork chops, and...to be determined.

We had Bar-B-Que from Famous Dave's tonight. Chicken and ribs. I love Famous Dave's baked beans, but especially liked the pickled onions that came with. The order also came with french fries,:( which I never eat. Forgot to ask for something else.:(

Today is a big lunch day, so dinner will be omelettes, probably with ham and cheddar, if I remember to buy the ham and cheddar...

I cut a boneless pork loin into chops. Sautéed two of them in butter, garlic, herb de Provence, fresh ground pepper, & salt. Served with Brussels sprouts, and carrots.
