'Gang of Eight' now has access to classified documents found at Trump, Biden and Pence homes — The Hill

Now this could be good and bad…
Have the Gang of 8 the top intelligence leaders of Congress could be useful
They know the implications and consequences of the secret documents

But the opposition and supporters of T now know what talking points and spin to obfuscate and argue politically against them

The only thing truly blocking them on reveal or sharing is their OWN clearance consequences.

I’m a big believer in transparency
So I’m going to err in thinking it’s a good thing
And that the opposition sez WTF
And quickly leave T hanging on his own

Considering him radioactive from the records
    And now proven evidence found

    Crossing my fingers here…

    This confuses me.

Exclusive: Text messages reveal Trump operatives considered using breached voting data to decertify Georgia's Senate runoff in 2021 | CNN Politics

One of NPD Trump's legal teams came up with a way to illegally access voting records in Georgia. They considered using the data in an attempt to desertification the 2020 Presidential Election, & possibly one of the Georgia senate races.

They didn't use the data. Now their illegal actions will most likely be used against them. Pure genius.

And Counselori Guilani was very much involved.

Desertification? I'm thinking I missed an autocorret.

Decertify is the word I wanted. Oh, BTW, yes I had to override autocorrect.

Actually, once you do get him to speak and on record...he tells the truth. From what I've seen.
I'm thinking they'll get something credible from him.

My question is IF they'll actually act on it.
Because they're lingering...we don't need another report. We need consequences.
    Especially for the top dog.

The cold molasses pace is still driving me crazy, but I can understand the prosecutors wanting a smoking gun.

The major legal hurdle Is "beyond any reason of a doubt." They need a smoking gun, absolute evidence that NPD Trump was knowingly active in the election fraud plot(s).

Well, I'm impatient too...but, to give them the benefit of the doubt...they have to have rock solid evidence because T's 100's of expensive lawyers will snap at ANY soft items.
And then they'll appeal EVERYTHING. Then there's the whole "can't do that to the prez" thing. And there's some that actually side with T and may be supporting in some way.
It's going to be a vicious war of attrition. Anything to delay, to cause doubt, to leverage the system and so on.

Look what he's already doing in New York.
The rape case judge has had to tell his attorney to speak with T (and associates) becasuse despite declining to take the stand, T and kids are trying to influence the jury through media.
Judge chides Trump for calling rape trial 'made up SCAM' on social media

So, the Feds are being overly thorough.
Because Congress will interfere too. And conservatives judges. And and and...
Doesn't help that it's across states too.

It's worse than trying to jail the old time gangsters that had Chicago under their thumb.

A war of attrition always favors the (guilty) defendant.

NPD Trump needs to be nailed: Found guilty, sentenced, & serve time. He's already made a mockery of our legal system for decades, & made our two party system even more of a partisn war.

Any more legal victories for NPD Trump will be a giant middle finger to our democracy.

Four Proud Boys members found guilty of seditious conspiracy — CNN Politics

And a 3rd set conspiracists have been found guilty of sedition.
Hopefully it’s adding up enough to put T under the spotlight. (and jail)

It’s one thing for TFG to be charged (hopefully) as an individual.
But if you’ve got a volume of guilty co-conspirators connected, that has more weight and precedent.

However, we see how long it takes for justice to be done.

I do hope they finally go after T.

Some more legal bullshit that shouldn't be allowed.

Attorney general claims Ivanka Trump is refusing to turn over documents

The number of communications would've (most certainly did) increase as NPD Trump's Prez candidacy moved forward. The drop in materials being provided is clearly a violation of court orders.

Quit the pussyfooting. Take the gloves off and make these people do what they've been ordered to do.

    How many probes are we
trying to keep track of  :D?

8 false Trump electors have accepted immunity deals, lawyer says

I've always felt like NPD Trump's demanding fake votes blunder in GA could be the one most likely to get him convicted. The stolen documents (yes, stolen is becoming increasingly accurate) case is also strong.

    Hope.
    There is hope.
    We can hope.

The Durham Report slams the FBI for a sloppy investigations...no surprise.

The FBI says improvements have been made, & had they previously been in place they could've helped avoid many mistakes made during their investigation. This is a surprise.

Was NPD Trump & his people working with Russia to influence the 2016 presidential election or not? Was Russia doing so on their own?
Did John Durham do a fair & honest investigation?
Did the FBI blow their investigation?
    FIIK!

On eve of hearing, FBI says it revoked security clearances of 3 agents over Jan. 6 attack

Now this is not months...but YEARS to be done.
How long...to take away access of questionable characters.
This is what I'm saying...they linger. Too much benefit of the doubt. (hell, they even did it for the recent extremist leaker...who they KNEW was doing inappropriate searches)

And 2 are going to be on the GOP panel saying that government is being weaponized. (implying to the benefit of the Dems in opposition to the radical GOP)

This is like the school bullies turning and accusing the targets of attacking them.
The radialized GOP is all aggression and attack...pressing.
The fickle and frazzled Dems and moderate republicans...meander like a snail...questioning every action of themselves, and giving too much leyway.

This is a death of a 1000 cuts.
You gotta act, or the barbarians won't be at the gate. They're inside. With some guards opening doors or looking the other way.

Yes, the grown-ups are finally acting...but they're tottering unbalanced in their movements.

    It's been too long.
The authorities need to act with intent and with a sense of urgency.

    This is how Rome falls.

    Let's try
    decertification process
    in place of
    desertification desertification.

    EDIT...

More news that doesn't surprise me.

D.C. police officer charged with obstruction over contacts with Proud Boys leader Tarrio

My question is how widespread was & is this type of connection between our domestic terrorists and the LEOs who are supposed to protect us?

I have to wonder about the cases of Washington DC cops who committed suicide right after 1/6.
Were they involved with some of the groups and didn't realize what a total cluster fuck it was going to turn into?
Then decided the best thing was to step out completely rather than face the consequences?
And the PD has been covering up the connection because they are dead?
