1. We've had very few donations over the year. I'm going to be short soon as some personal things are keeping me from putting up the money. If you have something small to contribute it's greatly appreciated. Please put your screen name as well so that I can give you credit. Click here: Donations

When I was teenager, maybe 16 or 17, a woman at work was fishing for compliments (which I didn't see) by asking people to guess her age. The older workers recognized the game & responded accordingly.

    I honestly responded 35.

She was 33 (taking her word for it).

Ever feel the need to get away?

When I was a wee medical student I was seeing patient in the ER having an asthma attack.
He was a fair skinned freckled ginger who looked to be in his late teens or early 20's.
At one point I addressed a question to his mother, the older woman who was sitting next to his bed.
Who of course was his wife, not his mother.
    Whoops!
There isn't enough crow that you can eat to make amends when that happens.

My Sis2 went prematurely gray decades ago, while her second husband has almost no gray & a full head of hair. And she gets seriously angry when she's mistaken for his mother. I see the incidents as honest & understandable mistakes.

Conversely great care must be taken when old guys are with much younger women.

I realize there's a benefit to women finding me repulsive- it gives me an awesome view of their asses when they flee in disgust. :D

(For those curious, the woman was animated with AI- a new skill I can add to my resume, even though I'm unemployable.)

I'm training an AI for my agency and training my coworkers how to use it.
So I know exactly how hard what you did is and have mad respect for the work you put in to do it.

Can we run that another 5 seconds?
Does she hurl herself through the window or stop before doing that?

The program is limited to 5 seconds, although I can't say I'd be surprised if the AI decided to make the woman kill herself rather than spend another cybersecond with me.

The AI woman thought otherwise, but to each his or her own, I guess. (But on a serious note, thank you.) :)

Thanks, but I still can't get it to do what I want. I wanted the program to make the woman look directly at me, flinch and then run offscreen to the right. The end result is what you see- and although I could run it again to try a different result, I have to pay money each time I do it (I have an account with credits and they get used up each time I feed it info, even if it fails miserably.)
