    ARTelevision and Warrrrrreagle (hope i got enough rs) started a couple of threads a number of years ago involving quotes. Art's was basically a more-or-less inspirational type thing and Red keyed his thread towards quotes of famous people/philosophers on their birthdays.

    Let's get this thread going with quotes that do something for you - make you laugh, cry, strike you as odd, appealing, whatever...

    Most people would like to be delivered from temptation but would like to keep in touch...
