Had some actual food today, woo hoo! Even tried some cranberry sauce and confirmed that it it still tasted digusting. Although I was wondering for the first time if there is some type of sweet food to mix with it that can make it edible.

Your look is awesome- don't change it. I intend to do the same thing when my daughter gets old enough to date so I can intimidate the shit out of her potential suitors.

I love the shaved head and goatee look.
My facial hair fluctuates (currently more of a handlebar moustache) but I always have the moustache at least.

    Definitely under "pointless announcements" -
why do Americans insist on spelling thing incorrectly? I was reminded of that again when Firefox on my linux side complained about "moustache" and suggested that "mustache" was correct. *Rolls eyes*

"Moustache" is correct when the thing looks like a mouse running across your upper lip.

That is the only kind I grow personally. I don't like the Clark Gable look (or I suppose John Waters if you want more current) on my face, never have tried it and not going to start.

I must thank you yanks for Black Friday. I'm picking up twelve or so new songs for Rocksmith during Steam's Black Friday sale. I'd also pick up Rocksmith 2014, as it's currently 40% off, but I already have lots of material to work with on the first game. I'll wait and see if Steam's holiday sale has it on sale (maybe for a better discount).

Jealous. My husband had to work today. I got to sleep in until 6:30 because he's a cupboard slammer. Yay?

    I don't drink (but a little)
    I don't smoke
    I don't do drugs
    I don't lash out
I don't eat too much (trying to avoid those heart attacks in my genes)
    I don't obsess.

    So, when I stress...I talk.
    A lot.

Then again, when I'm fascinated about something, I talk...a lot.

So basically, I talk a lot.
    You've been warned.
    Sorry for any inconvenience.
    Thank you for your patience.

You know it's just been a hell of a year. 33 more days? I went to do some exploring after completing a "small" electrical project that lasted weeks if not months longer than expected. Spent a day trekking through the jungle, something I've done countless times with out incident. This time of year is great weather. Only during the heat of the afternoon does it reach temps that are uncomfortable. We hiked up what I'm sure was an old temple, they're just everywhere down here, swallowed and lost to the jungle over the centuries. Due to the sun and my pasty white skin I was wearing a light long selves shirt. We dropped nap sacks and began to lay out a light lunch. I took off my shirt and felt at first a warm then hot feeling on my right arm. I looked at it and large white spider was running down my arm. I could see where he got me at least three times. As fast as I could I wrapped a cord around my arm above the bites and made small cuts across each. My companion had a small eye drop bottle and she quickly poured that out so I could suck out as much toxin as possible. Not much. Probably wasted time that I should have been getting to medical treatment. Anyway we started back to the truck. By the time we go there walking was difficult and I was dizzy as hell. Next thing I knew I woke up in a clinic that look like maybe a medical clinic, store, nail salon combination. Turns out six or seven hours had passed and it was dark outside. An elderly man in a green shirt was asking me if I saw the scorpion. Spider I said. Scorpion he said. We debated that while two middle aged ladies were poking and prodding at my injury, sans painkillers. That was unpleasant. Was there for one night and they managed to get me three hours back to Merida and an actual hospital. The first the doctor said there was I'd been bitten by some Mayan white spider and I was lucky to be there. Having been awake and sleep for about two and a half days I was pretty happy to see a real doctor and hear him confirm what I'd seen... spider not scorpion. I looked at my arm and it had three tubes going in it. Red, white and black with the bite mark now the size of about a baseball.

Missed Thanksgiving and about two weeks of reality. I was glad to see the Hawks take the 9'ers (lucky my father's not here to read that.) Home now and out of danger, that's about all I feel like typing now. But I'm making an effort to post what my arm now looks like, trust me it not bad now at all.

Ok guess I can't figure out how to post or upload a photo right now. Will do so when I have more energy.
