    This came up on Sunday. Tinygirly and Littlegirly were napping, and we knew our time was short, but decided to go for it. Littlegirly didn't walk in on us, but she did say she heard something and decided to wait until we were done before coming downstairs. She was giggly about it, didn't ask questions. Tt and I were kinda shocked. She's only 3, but she knows.

    My sister and I shared the bedroom next to Mom and Dad, and I'll admit to being so curious that we used the drinking glass on the wall trick. Even in the last few years I've heard them still "doing it" at ages 65 and 71. I hope I'm still able and have a willing partner when I'm in my sixties. Maybe knowing that they were doing it helped us kids have a healthy attitude toward sex, and that sex wasn't something dirty that needed to be hidden.

    On our roadtrip last spring my parents and my guy Sig and I talked a lot about sex. Two couples, ages 39, 49, 65, and 70, old folks talking about sex and sexual history. I found out that my mom had an abortion at age 17 that affected her deeply. Then she had me at age 26 and four more kids. Go figure. My dad didn't lose his virginity until he was 25, but has definitely had the last laugh, since he's still very active where a lot of his cronies haven't dipped their dick in the honeypot for decades.

    My mom and dad used to used funny things to say they were getting busy (funny the wife am me did to)..

    Anyways my parents used to say they were taking a nap. Then of course to do it.. My brother one time in front of bunch of guests asked why our parents were all tired and sweaty after a hour nap. they were soo embarrassed. The naps never happened after that.

    We have completely ceased speaking euphemistically.

    We have gotten to the point where we simply tell our daughter that she has to make herself scarce because we want to have sex. Go put your headphones on and crank the music.

    She rolls her eyes.

    I think she is more worried that a lack of sex will lead to a divorce than she is traumatised by the fact that her parents have sex.

    I think I would have been a snooper having been fascinated with sex all my life
    but my mom & dad divorced when I was young and was basically a nun raising us (that we knew about)

    My cousin seems to have been semi-traumatized, having his room near his parents
    because everytime they mention anything about sex, he clamps his hands over his ears and chants out NANANANA to drown out noise like a little kid.

    I don't know how I'll handle it when and if I get kids.

    I'm curious, because I never had any experiences like that. I happened to walk in on my parents having sex once when I was about 10 and I remember just scurrying out as quickly as I could.
