Fair enough, I built my wife a fairly high end gaming PC so that I could justify locking her out of mine. Some things just aren't meant to be shared.

Yay for free boosts!!! I'm working (slowly) on Loremaster so really been immersed in story when we're not doing mythics or baby raids ;) . What are you thinking of using your boosts on? :)

Sounds like a pretty fabulous group! Also cool that you have a lot of alts to choose from too! We are still quite low on tanks & heals but always good on DPS lol. I'm going to have a voice talk with a few of the serial DPS'ers (have 3-5 maxed toons just dps) and ask if maybe they are willing to give it a go as either tank or heal for off specc. Do you use Blizzard's chat or something else during raiding?

We are of the same mind. I can't believe, after all these years, I still haven't adventured with you. :(

I'm half tempted to return to the game to adventure with friends for the sake of adventuring with friends. You know, like a virtual hangout where we get to kill stuff.

Really, though, I'd sooner get Elder Scrolls Online on my PS4 than get too much into WoW on my aging PC (it's more than 8 years old). The onetime cost of ESO (plus any DLC) is more appealing to me right now than dropping $14 or $15 (USD!) per month for a few months of WoW before I get bored again.

Right now, it's looking like $40 for ESO: Tamriel Unlimited (main game) plus $40 for ESO: Morrowind (DLC).

As long as Cinn approved, I'd be up for ESO. She has to give all approval on MMORPGs

I run on a macbook pro from late 2013 lol which is painful with WoW. At some point my machine really will be obsolete and at that point I just may say a fond farewell to warcraft. The very idea of losing those years of characters hurts, but it is what is. My husband is the one next in line for a new machine and as he's a comic book artist we're talking a fairly high end system. So... my turn will be a year or so after that probably.

Elder Scrolls Online does look pretty neat and I totally understand your decision. :) Also there are free accounts up to level 20 for WoW and easily enough lore and story to hang out in that space for a bit.

YASS!! (But you're not on PS4, are you?)

I can't say when (or even if, really) I'll jump on this. I'm making stupid tax payments until August, so I have to watch my cash flow. But the price is right, so it might happen relatively soon if things go even okay for me.

(Also, @Lordeden : I just remembered that hilarious quote of mine in your signature. IT'S STILL TRUE.)

I don't know if I'll ever again buy a PC for gaming. (I'm a Mac user for work/casual things.)

How does this work? Do I have to register a new account with a new email address? Like, pretend I'm a brand new player?

I think you do need to have a different email account yes. Hmm... honestly not at all sure what else one might need for that!

Tonight we may peep into Tomb of Sargeras if enough people sign in. I'm a pretty new tank, but the other tank kicks ass and is really skilled! He's a Demon Hunter and I'm a Prot. Pally. Not a fan of Monday night being raid night, but it works for most, so until something changes it is what we have.

Watched videos of 1st 2 bosses on youtube Fatboss, SignsOfKelani, and about to watch Taliesin & Evitel, and Hazelnutty. reading the guides on wowhead, some of it sticks, but some of it just doesn't! My husband really wants to succeed at at least 1st boss tonight (he's a damn fine healer) but i have a bad case of butterflies! I love my guildies and we did ICC at level so I know wipes won't be a crazy big deal. Just, I don't want to let him down.

Thank you for listening. If I never return you'll know Goroth got me! *kiddling* Eep.

No PS4. Just PC and Xbone. I don't have the cash to buy anything right now, so I'm right there with you.

You are a wordsmith. It has the word SMITH in it. I don't know if you know this, but a smith is skilled professional. You should get rich and buy a gaming pc with an Xbone.

You get rich with the smithing of the words. I'm just a stoner that googles things really well.

Don't tempt me. These past few weeks, I've been toying seriously with the idea of finally going through with selling out.

I mean, do you see what sells these days?

Over the years, I've slowly gathered the resources to help make it happen. The only thing that's missing is the will, the motivation, and the final decision. I'm an all-or-nothing kind of guy, which is probably why I've been hesitant.

Wanna get together, write trash/troprific novels and push for shitting movie adapts? I'm TOTALLY down for that. Let's write bad novels that sell.
