    @Frankie There must have been some great things about the job to compensate for working with a bunch of assholes. What were the good parts of the situation and why did you stay there?

    I'm curious because I work for myself.

    I work with mostly really good peeps.
    Many of them oncology nurses who are some of the most giving, caring, compassionate human beings walking this earth.
    There are a few administrative folks I don’t care for. But I’m good at making that known in a subtle way and they steer clear of me.

    The pay and benefits package was decent to start with but even that was diminished towards the last few years but when you reach a certain age it's hard to change jobs I will say not all of my coworkers were assholes just the majority of them.

    I like most of the people that I work with, but despite this being a big office, I am relatively isolated.

    Most of the team that reports into me are spread across the region, with the exception of my Singapore lead. She's cool.

    The people I work with are good at their jobs and are pleasant to work with/for. No complaints. I don't socialize with any of them except when we are travelling together.
