Very Weird Question.

    What are your own personal physical reactions when aroused?

    I know there's general ones between the sexes/genders (not sure what the correct word is here), but I'm asking because I have a personal reaction which I don't see listed anywhere online after googling.

    I'll probably say what this reaction is after people have started replying, so I don't sort of warp the responses (anti placebo effect? I don't know).

    Like deep throated sound like a tiger or big cat.
    Why? I have no idea.
    It’s not on purpose or something I developed.

    And it’s not like a dog or other growling beast

    Funny thing is, I’m not a predator or player

    This thing that I'm contemplating is that my throat gets tight, a similar sensation to when you might cry.
    But I don't cry or experience anything else that usually happened to when your throat tightens because of emotions.

    Just that my throat tightens up and it's definitely an arousal thing. Wanted to ask the folks on here because after talking to someone about it, and then googling it, I realised this wasn't a usual sensation.

    You are unique, even among the masses.
    This is what makes biology and nature wonderful.

    I’d say, as long as you’re not uncomfortable or it’s hurting you...just go with the flow.

    The key is that you are getting aroused.
    And hopefully enjoying yourself.

    Which is something that some cannot do.
    Seriously. Either for physical or mental/emotional reasons.

    You are who you are...and that’s good.

    It's just that I experience some things pretty differently to what I'm told is the norm.

    Actually, I salivate more than normal when aroused. Yes the standard erection, increased heart rate. But actually salivate.     Somehow I missed this thread earlier. I have a similar reaction. I get a hot feeling in my chest, my respiration rate increases and breathing gets more shallow. And my throat gets tight. But it's more a feeling than physically getting tight or smaller. It's hard to describe, like you said.
