I'll believe in the Bengals when.....
actually I have no idea .

Has Dalton already lost the starting job?

Bears related note: Tom Hermann was one of the hottest college HC prospects. His jump from the Univ of Houston to Univ of Texas didn't work out, but he wasn't exactly a failure. Why is he holding such an odd position, offensive analyst and special projects coach, with the Bears? That sounds like a job created for a for an unemployed relative.

    ****
If the Patriots continue to struggle i.e. seriously suck,
will anyone feel sorry for Belichick, the team, and their fans?

    No, I didn’t think so.

If he does, its because the fans just want the new shiny thing.
Personally i dont think Fields is ready.

Congrats to the Raiders on their win. Carr looked better than he has in recent years. Especially since Gruden wanted to trade him

I went to bed in the middle of the second quarter and never would have guessed the Raiders were going to win that game.

Well, damn. Maybe if Taylor had played the entire game.
But maybe doesn't mean anything. I hope Taylor's injury turns out to be minor. And I hope the Texans beat the points spread.

Damn FG kicker blew the (very tiny) chance of...oh well, it doesn't matter.

Last I looked the Bills were stomping ass.

Damned Chargers. They still haven't learned how to win a game.

I don't know what exactly should've been called, but Russel Wilson was
    in the phuqing end zone
    when he threw the ball.

Hey Saints fans: The real Jameis Winston is back!

I was out on a cycling trip today and didn’t get to watch any football.
But the Bills made my day when I got back to civilization and heard the score.:)

Did anyone on the Chiefs defense remember that
Jackson had been running the ball on them all day?
That last Ravens' TD was way too easy.
    And the 4th & 1.
I want Jackson to earn a few SB rings, preferably winner's rings.

Just heard the Texans were 13 point underdogs. At least "we" got some revenge on the people betting on the Brown's.

I don't know what Hebert's contract situation is with Chargers, but he should be scouting good teams needing a QB.

Tom Brady, "I want a perfect season."
NY Giants, "You almost had one. Ha, ha, ha!"

The Texans looked like shit. I put the offensive (and it was offensive) performance on the coaches. The defense wasn't horrible in the second half, but 7-6 becoming 24-9 sucks (hey, maybe some help from the offense would've helped!).

Only four sacks? It looked like ten.

And if McCafferty had been able to play in the 2nd half........

These are the Texans we were expecting.

    Oh man.
I turned it on at the start of the second quarter.
Just before the two minute warning I remarked to my wife that this was the worst football I had seen in years.
Then the Texans had that nice drive.
    I guess they fizzled after.

Damn, Chargers, you actually won a close game, with good defense?
    Double schocked.

    LETS GO BUFFALO!
That's two steamroller games in a row.
    Now bring on the Texans!

Oh Sweet Baby Jeebus, can we fire the Bears coaching staff right NOW. Justin Fields is NOT a drop back pocket passer, especially with that sieve of an O line. Neither was Mitch Trubisky. Why the fuck doesn't the coaching staff get that? Fuck the coaching staff and fuck upper management. Virginia McCaskey, please clean house now.

I'm not generally a "fire the coach for everything that goes wrong" kind of guy.
But wow the Bears are a fucked up group, and the coaching is downright awful.

The Bears should be at least competitive.
Instead they look clueless and lost.

If the Bills are focused, a huge blowout.
Even if the Bills are looking past the Texans, they'll still win.
Maybe the Texans can at least screw the betting odds.

That Bills-Texans game was utterly craptacular.
I feel for your young QB.

I will feel better with Mills on the sidelines learning by watching Taylor. At least Taylor can run for his own safety.

I'm watching the end of Bucs @ Patriots. Since a 0 - 0 tie is no longer possible, I hope the Patriots win (my bowels are now churning).

Is Kickeritis a real disorder or disease?

Wow, the Chargers won again. Are they starting to get over the Losers Culture?

The cowgirls are starting to look dangerous...unfortunately.

The Bills looked great. The Chiefs hope they've used up their allotment of bad games.

    Oh, yes, the Texans.
Run out to a 22-9 lead. Despite your kicker suffering from Kickeritis.
Have an epic fail on a really stupid trick play.
Lose momentum on offense, while the coaching staff turns clueless.
Keep giving the ball back to the other team.
Tighten the defense in the red zone, but let the other team kick four FGs on the day.
Waste timeouts when you should have the play already communicated. Watch the other team run down the clock because you're out of timeouts.
Have your kicker cost you five points. Lose by three points.

    Misc:
UH Cougars won, are 5-1. Yes!
    The longhorns choked. Yes!
The aggies pulled off the major upset over the Crimson Tide. Mixed. Love underdogs, but can not root for the aggies. Nice to see a Saban protégé get a win over The Master, too bad it was the aggies.
I hope the Astros bounce back to win the series 3-1.

Your Texans at least made it a game.
I hate the Patriots and I was really pulling for your guys to embarrass the hell out of them.

and stafford already has 1587 passing yards. only 3413 yard to go to hit the 5000 mark, Thats only 284 yards needed per game. I think he will make it.
