What is your pointless talent?

I have monkey (long) toes, when younger I could pick up small objects like dimes.

I can make "rubber" faces, like Jim Carrey does. OK, maybe not at his level (I'm better ).

I'm pathetically tone deaf, but can do a passable bad lounge singer...with the right songs. My wife the music major & teacher is quite surprised, even after 39+ years, when I get close to singing OK.

I'm semi-ambidextrous, & confused. I'm a natural lefty, but was forced to be right-handed by my (left-handed!) mother, & elementary school teachers...who gave me low marks for handwriting. Some kids overcome this by participating in sports to become truly ambidextrous, but not me (being laughed at was a strong motivation to say fuck participating in sports). At least I can operate two wrenches at one time in opposite directions.

 

Apparently, my new pointless talent is being banned from Instagram more rapidly with each successive attempt!

I managed to stay onboard initially for about three years. Got kicked off last summer because my content was judged as potentially harmful to the community. (I didn't have any content.)

Decided to try again back around February and lasted six days before they booted me out again.

Forging ahead, I went back earlier this week (I was sitting waiting for jury selection and was bored) and this time my stay wasn't any longer than 48 hours!

To be fair, I can stay, but they're asking for a picture of my face to keep online for reference purposes.

I told them to get fucked.

 

Whoa! That's some serious Big Brother overreach.

YouTube, owned by Google which kneels to & blows the Trump Regime, will occasionally remove some of my comments, most of which are not close to being controversial. I did receive a warning for posting dangerous content after I agreed with a factual comment made by the channel host. TBF (why?) the discussion was the first/actual Verruckterfuhrer Trump assassination attempt...and I was playing nice.

 

I've read others complaining online that they're never given a specific reason why they're shut down/banned/blocked. A vague warning is all they get, and poof! All gone.

Fortunately for me, I don't need to be on Instagram. I'm not losing 4,000+ followers or any money. I do like Threads, but having to link to anything connected to Meta is not a positive.
