My uncle is 80 years old and has been a diehard Brewers fan for as long as the Brewers have existed. He used to go to as many games as he could afford when he was more mobile. He is in poor health now and there is a good chance he isn't here this time next year, so I was happy he got to see the Brewers win it all.

I have a question you might be able to answer: Were the Brewers bad because of bad owners &/or poor organization (like the Cleveland Browns in the NFL), or were they a hard luck team?

I don't know. I don't follow baseball much other than local news stories about the Rockies' ineptitude. I have a feeling I don't really want to ask for my uncle's thoughts on that since his answer would likely not be remotely related to the truth.

The Seahawks defense holds the Chiefs to three points & keeps them out of the red zone the entire game.

The Seahawks defense gives up 34 to the Chicago Bears. After the offense made it a three point game, the defense gave up 2 TDS in the 4th quarter. 20-17 turned to 34-17.

Sitting at 4-4 with nine games left doesn’t leave a lot room for error.

I'm starting to think the Bears are for real.

I'm also thinking the Texans are done. They could manage to win the AFC South, but it would require some math that doesn't look likely now.
