Uh, I don't think he's handicapped at all but then again I don't bother to follow him, or American Idol, at all either. Nonetheless....

That's what gets me about this. If he's fully aware how terrible he is and knows that people are really laughing AT him and not with him and is merely using that to his advantage, then that's cool and I'm all for that. But if, as I suspect, he doesn't grasp how terrible he is and thinks that people are really enjoying him for him rather than to boost their own egos, then I feel bad for him because people are getting pleasure at his expense and he's not even aware.
