maybe it's to screw in a drain cover- so that items that would normally fall into the drain (like a ring) would instead be caught by the cover for easy retreival. heh
Why the HELL can't I hook up my stereo system to my computer without splicing various cords? Is it that hard to include a normal audio out jack in the audio card?
