I had read that article too. At least Iraqis really care, and it points to success in trying to bring Democracy to Iraq. When was the last time you saw political graffitti rather than some "sign" or "for a good time call..." or "Debbie Jo is a big fat Ho" in American graffiti? Then again, maybe I just hang out in the wrong places.
