Um... for my $0.02, I'd only add that if you've already been having sex for a long time... what else is left (in THEIR minds)?
Plus then there's the tightness, of course, and I think on some level many guys like seeing that look on her face- not pain, mind you, but just.... "heyyyyyyyyyyyyyy", "that's a lot in there" which can be restorative for a smaller or thinner guy (penis-wise). It's just something else to try and conquer, plus IMO the feeling is way different.
I hope the next mainstream sexual taboo will be more bondage. Mmmmmm...
