If you don't want to shave it all off, you could just get a shorter haircut. Longer hair makes the areas where you don't have hair more pronounced. I don't think you should grow facial hair, because bald men almost always have facial hair, and I think it makes them look like they're just trying to compensate. You can also explain to the ladies that it's just a sign that you have more testosterone than most other guys. That's what I used to do.
