i started getting into this series when it first came out. me and a friend watched pretty much the first half of the series, but it was hard because neither of us had HBO, so we'd have to go over to another friend's place to watch it. it was a pretty interesting show, and i missed out when it looked like it was going to get pretty apocolyptic.
