Well, I know what you mean with holding your breath towards the end, but I was wondering if anyone else actually like hold their breath throughout getting off. I sometimes hold my breath so hard that my chest starts doing this hopping thing and I turn red.
However, I don't see this as dangerous because I can let my breath out if I really need to. I never use gags or anything. Most I've ever used was a pillow during sex.
