Slow down your thrusts a little bit and it shouldn't be too hard...as long is you are in close proximity to the clit it'll feel good for her. Or you could have her do it herself, but some girls aren't quite comfortable with that. Could try it spooning style cause then your thrusts are more controlled and you will have no problem keeping your hand there.
