Yes, women seem to have perfected this art form. They can salt your game in numerous ways. Sprocket summed up one scenario.
I had a good friend who was notorious for it. He liked to sing Karoake and was a pretty damn good singer. I was busy getting my make on with a girl several years ago. We were hitting it off great before "Chad" walk up and starts talking. She asks what he does for a living (which was nothing at that particular point in time) but said he was a backup singer for N'Sync. He looks at me and says, "Right Waterboy?" (except my real name) The funny part is she beleived him.
