well looting isnt acceptable... and has to be stopped somehow...
was this the right way... i dont think so...
seemed to me like the soldiers werent directed on how to handle a situation like that...
isnt their an iraqi police force now... the soldiers shoulda arrested them for looting and turned them over to the police...
