The SRT-4 is a cool little car, and for 20grand will go head-to-head with a WRX stock. Reliability is a question, as is build quality. And everyone HATES Neons. I happen to think it's a sweet little car, and for somthing to put away in the garage and take out every few days and drive around, it'd be quite fun. As for it beating a TL, well, that's not any surprise. However, the TL is still a hell of alot nicer car then that neon.
It is what it is.
