To begin with, it's going to depend on whether or not you have a USB 2.0 or Firewire port on your laptop. If you do then you can get a USB or Firewire TV tuner card, or video capture card. If you don't have either one, or just have USB 1.1 then you're going to need a PCMCIA adapter card.
This is an example of a USB model. Since you're using a VCR and PS2 you don't need a TV tuner, just a video in.
