Timeshare Potential?
Am I being hopelessly optimistic or are there investment potentials in timeshares? It seems that if you can get a good deal on the initial purchase that you could rent out the space and be well ahead of the annual fees. Or am I wrong? Are you allowed to rent out your spots? I just thought I'd look into this because I'm looking to build up some assets with small startup capital. Thanks in advance.
