Since so many people failed their first time taking the test, I'm beginning to think that there's a conspiracy about this. Maybe they all have a meeting somewhere deep in the woods agreeing they'd fail all first timers, killing that excitement and expectations of getting a liscense, making our lives a bit more miserable for a couple more weeks.....
