also try removing the registry files (start>run>regedit)..... if your using broadband and you delete it, it could be damaging your Winsock 2.0 files, a pain in the ass to fix if you dont want to call the cable companies to come fix it... if you do delete it again and u can't get internet trying doing what they tell you to do here
