My friend just got a 1995 Hyundai S-Coupé Type II with a 5-Speed 1.5L N/A engine. He's looking to get a little more power and style out of it. Power would be the priority at this point.. later with ground effects and body kits and stuff.
So, my question is, what are some rudimentary low-budget performance upgrades we can make? I was thinking of starting off with plugs and a K&N air filter.
