sometimes the ones fresh outta the box suck... and that's just what happens to them moreso with recycled ones.
I see it happen to them all the time. Change the cart and you should be fine, if not then your rollers got some toner on them and you'll have to clean them off or replace the fuser assembly. I never had to clean them off, I'd just order a new assembly but that's corporate america for you.
