Why do you "know all about" it? I'm sorry, but I'm the one that actually dropped five dress sizes, 4" off my chest, 15lbs and one full cup size in two months.
I know about how getting into shape affects a woman's figure. Getting into good physical condition improves your overall appearance, including your breasts. Believe it or not, you can control the size of your breasts, to a degree, with exercise. This is why female body builders to not have breasts. They simply worked them off. For you to recommend that surgery is the only way to improve your appearance frightens me.

I don't think Rachel wants to become a bodybuilder.

I have many friends and acquaintences who got back into shape after giving birth, and not one of them "[have] horrid looking breasts that don't 'match' the rest of her appearance." Why are you pushing so heavily for the "easy out" of plastic surgery? Why do you think that taking measures to improve your overall appearance and health is such a horrible idea?
