Believe me I was ready kill the entire HHGregg service people ....They had the TV for 3 days short of a month...Went through Hell to get them to finish repairs.
They insulted me by saying they would take 50 bucks for damage off a $350 bill! I told them to bite my ass on that one..they said If I didn't pay they would have to take TV back...Uhh NO.. I didn't let them take it and I didn't pay! I talked to the claims department the next day and they dropped the bill all together...
Now the damage doesn't look that bad..
