However, even if we take inflation into account, whilst the difference may not be "as bad as it looks", there is certainly a difference.
Or do you believe there is no difference in the way Bush handles the economy vs the way Clinton did? Honest question. Don't you think,
even a little bit, that Bush is a bit more economically rash or a poorer manager?
