Ah college. I really liked this girl and made a move on her a little too late (right before I left for freshman year) and she ended up going out with someone else, but we remained really good friends. She went out with that guy for a long time (not quite 2 years?) and whenever she had problems she would call me and I'd cheer her up etc. etc. One day halfway through last year (sophomore year) we kissed, and that set off a big mess of emotional turmoil that ended in her breaking up with her old boyfriend and getting involved with me, once she was ready and things were settled down a little more. I was at school for the duration of the mess, and when it finally cleared up she came to visit me at school for a weekend. It was a REALLY good one. (and my first time, if that wasn't obvious)...which brings me up to the thanksgiving challenge, posted elsewhere
