The first thing I reach for in the head is the FLUSH chain when some dipstick comes in there on the phone or has the nerve to answer a call while in the arena. The noise and the subsequent reaction is usually worth a chuckle.
I'd never eat while in there. Get in, get busy, finish and get out.
