ok here's how I see it.
Whether it's Goth <b>Metal</b> or Black <b>Metal</b> or Thrash <b>Metal</b> or any thing that is known to have metal behind it is all <B>Metal</B> to insult one is to insult part of the genre as a whole. I don't like all of the stuff but let's face it metal is metal. To say bands like Slipknot and Chimaira aren't metal then what are they? They definately aren't rock.
