I had this quote come over the P.A. on a recent flight..."Uhh ladies and gentlemen the problem is essentially fixed so we'll be pulling away from the gate here in about 10 minutes".
Uhh..hell-the-fuck-oh Mr. Pilot...but the problem better be EXACTLY fixed.
