Once I worked at a pizza place... a manager there got fired for removing minutes from employee's timecards. Like, if he saw them talking for 4 minutes, not actually in the act of laboring, he would deduct 4 minutes.
I was glad he got fired. Talk about poor workplace morale... its a pizza place, jeez.
