Its funny you say that, because here lately ive been irritated that the good guy allways dies. I think the movie that got me thinking about that was Man on Fire, I was so ready for Denzel to kick all those guys asses at the very end, and return to that little girl. I was very dissapointed that they killed him. It just seems to me that movies are a fantasy and they dont have to kill the good guy to make it interesting, in fact I dont want to see the good guy die. This is why I watch movies, to be distracted from the real world, not to be rooting for a particular character to only have him/her die at the end of the movie.
