I have seen ugly/fat guys attract woman like flys while good looking/muscular stand around in awe. It may sound like B.S., but it's true.
I have no doubt I could (learn to [trust me, the resources are out there... there's a whole sub-culture about this]) attract the hottest supermodel in the world. But I would likley have to act unlike myself. Some guys are more than willing to do this. I'm not one of them, it's just being fake to me.
I guess it all comes down to the kind of girl you're trying to attract.
