Even though I don't listen to techno, this song sounded familiar to me. I figured it must be Fatboy Slim or something else mainstream for me to have heard it. After I Googled the lyrics and "fatboy", I figured out it's actually a Crystal Method song called "Busy Child" (you can go to the Amazon album link here and play a snippit of the song:
Amazon album link). I think I heard it over and over one night probably 5+ years ago at a friend of a friend's place playing a Playstation game called N20 Nitrous Oxide. The game's soundtrack is done by Crystal Method. We played for a few hours, so that's probably why I recognized it (since the songs repeated a lot on the game).
