Yeah, that can happen if it hasn't been pulled back before or often (such as when one first starts getting erections and has to stretch it over a larger object
), but the foreskin will stretch, and it gets used to it; especially when it's being pulled back and cleaned daily.
And smegma is GROSS. *shudders* When your parents tell you to wash under that foreskin, DO IT.
